Equipped with Sabanto, Panorama and Starlink, Pottinger became the first farmer in the Bluegrass State to plant his entire crop with a driverless tractor, joining fewer than 50 farms nationwide, according to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
By eliminating the need for additional displays, controllers, or complex setup, the system helps operators stay focused during a demanding time of the year.
These studies included evaluations of different planter types (seed meters), seeding configurations, seeding rates, and high-speed planting technology.
Plant Profiles, a new feature launching for all LaserWeeders, demonstrates how this AI translates into practical value for farmers. The feature enables farmers to quickly and easily tailor the foundational LPM to their unique crops, weeds, and field conditions.
