Mattracks' TD3000 Tandem Drive rubber track system is purpose-built for road graders operating in soft, sandy, or unstable terrain where pneumatic tires lose flotation and create surface inconsistency. Using a hub-mounted, tandem drive track architecture, the system dramatically increases ground contact area while maintaining proper grader geometry. Rubber tracks span surface depressions instead of dropping into them, stabilizing ride height and minimizing vertical bounce. The result is smoother blade control, more consistent grading, and a finished surface that requires fewer corrective passes.

A floating bearing, single-axle drive design reduces torsional stress, prevents track folding and evenly distributes load across both axles for improved stability. Rated for 30,000 pounds with engineering capability beyond 40,000 pounds, the TD3000 enables grading in environments where tires stall, and steel tracks fall short.
