Soil Health Field Day with Steve Groff, Keith Thompson, and a local farmer panel. Groff founded Cover Crop Coaching to train farmers and ag educators to make good decisions in the use of cover crops. Groff also was a co-developer of the Tillage Radish. We'll start the day with cover crop plot tours at Kauffman Seeds. We'll move indoors for lunch and more speakers by late morning. At the annual Summer Field Day at Jim Hershey's farm there will be a Meeting of the Minds dinner at 6 p.m. on July 24, followed by a full, formal program with Indiana no-tiller Rick Clark as the keynote speaker on July 25.
