She is a "A rated" presenter, a 20 years student of soil & Water conservation issues of the Quebec, Canada Ministry of Agriculture. Ms. Menard was featured at the 2013 National No-Till Conference and the Conservation Tillage & Technology Conference in 2014 and featured in the Farm World Publication. Her specialty/study is earthworms!
