Midwest's Bio-Tech Chandler Biocat 1000 recycles valuable nutrients from corn stalks and other crop residue. Biocat 1000 is an enzyme-based liquid that feeds and multiplies the beneficial microbes that break down crop residue. The product is sprayed on residue after harvest or early spring, and it may be combined with herbicides and liquid fertilizers for one-pass applications.

Recent on-farm tests show that Biocat 1000 applied to corn stalks releases additional NPK and sulfur valued at more than $60 per acre. Chandler Biocat 1000 also decays dormant seeds to reduce volunteer corn and weeds before next season.
