Grassland Oregon's Frosty Berseem Clover is a tap-rooted legume that is capable of breaking up hard pans and improving the soil. As a legume, Frosty is capable of fixing more than 150 pounds of nitrogen per acre. Its deep rooting system is able to pull up phosphorous, potassium and other nutrients from deep in the soil and make it available to following crops.

When calculating the value of the N, P and K, Frosty is capable of providing a net return of more than $75/acre.
