“Randy’s 26 years as an agronomist focused on the high scale producer, combined with his long-time, real-world experience with Orthman equipment, will provide our dealers and growers with real expertise and results-based solutions around the world,” said Orthman Sales and Agronomy Manager, Justin Troudt. “Randy offers a lifetime of experience to our agronomy team and will be a valuable resource for our Allied Partner dealers."

“I am very excited to join the Orthman team,” said Haarberg. “As a private agronomist, my goal was to help growers achieve production and yield goals, to create a profitable farm- and Orthman was often part of that solution. Today I can help achieve those same goals for Orthman customers around the world."

Originally from Wauneta, Neb., Haarberg grew up on a farm and holds an Agri-Business degree from Chadron State College. He was self-employed, based out of the high plains of northeast Colorado before joining Orthman. He and his wife Jackie, son Rad and daughters Amanda and Sasha, now reside in Omaha.
