A Trip Down No-Till Memory Lane

No-till legend John Bradley, owner of Spring Valley Family Farms in Lutts, Tenn., posted a photo on Facebook and reminisced about his time as the University of Tennessee agricultural extension agent in 1981. The photo shows a no-till planter which was provided to the local extension program to demonstrate successful no-till planting of soybeans following wheat. The planter was used by approximately 20 different farmers that summer.
