What is the National No-Tillage Conference?

Since 1992 the National No-Tillage Conference has been the leading no-till education and networking event for farmers across the U.S. and Canada. Hosted by No-Till Farmer and co-sponsored by several industry leaders, the conference occurs annually in January and changes location every year. With more than 100 targeted sessions to give you the latest research, ideas and tools, the 2019 Conference will get your growing season off to a fast start.

Who should attend the National No-Tillage Conference?

Farmers who:

  • Currently use no-tillage practices on their farms;
  • Are transitioning to using no-tillage practices on their farms;
  • Want to learn more about no-tillage tools, techniques, challenges and successes.

Where will the 2019 National No-Tillage Conference be?

The upcoming conference will be held at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Why should I attend the National No-Tillage Conference?

How do I register for the 2 special pre-conference workshops?

You can register for one or both of the pre-conference workshops during registration for the event. If you already registered for the 28th annual National No-Tillage Conference and did not register for one or both of the workshops at that time, you can still register to attend them by calling (866) 839-8455 or click here to sign up online. NOTE: You must be a registered attendee of the 4-day event in order to sign up and attend one or both of these workshops.

What all is included with my Conference registration?

Your 4-day Conference registration includes access to all educational sessions that will occur during the Conference. As part of your registration you will also receive a free subscription to No-Till Farmer and several other free "attendee bonuses" which will be announced soon.

If I already subscribe to No-Till Farmer, do I still get the free 1-year subscription with my registration?

Yes, your free subscription will be added to your current subscription to extend your subscription term.

How do I make a hotel reservation for the National No-Tillage Conference?

The Indianapolis Downtown Marriott, 350 W. Maryland St., will be the host site of the 2019 conference. The conference room block will open after Feb. 1, 2018.

Where can I find parking at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott?

Self-parking and valet parking are available on-site at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott. Self-parking is $40 per day and valet parking is $45 per day. For more information, please call the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott at (317) 822-3500.

Can my spouse attend the sessions with me without being a registered attendee?

Each year the National No-Tillage Conference offers a free-to-attend spouse program for those who are not attending any educational session. To help us anticipate the number of spouses attending, please call us at (866) 839-8455 or (262) 432-0388.

The 2019 Spouse Program schedule is currently being developed. In the meantime, you can view the 2018 Spouse Program schedule.

You can also purchase dinner and lunch tickets for your spouse for $49 online or by calling (866) 839-8455 or (262) 432-0388. 

Can I receive Certified Crop Adviser credits and pesticide recertification credits for attending the National No-Tillage Conference?

We are waiting on approval for CCA and pesticide recertification credits for the 2019 Conference. Please check back soon for updates.

The 2018 Conference was approved for 37.5 CCA credit hours and select states were approved for pesticide recertification credits.

Can I register for next year's National No-Tillage Conference while attending this year's event?

Absolutely! You can register onsite and take advantage of the special Super Early Bird Rate and save $130 on your 2020 Conference registration. Please visit the registration area Tuesday, Jan. 8, through Friday, Jan. 11, in the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott.

Who is speaking and when?

Are notepads and pens provided for taking notes during sessions?

There is a note section in your National No-Tillage Conference program to record all of the valuable information that you will glean from these 4 days of no-till education and networking.
