2012 National No-Tillage Conference Audio

Why You Need Wheat And How To No-Till It (NNTC 2012 Presentation) - MP3 Download

$19.95

Product Details

Wheat is an important crop for several reasons, Lloyd Murdock says. It adds diversity, spreads risk and offers cash-flow opportunities, especially in double-cropping situations. The University of Kentucky agronomist adds that no-till wheat can be an important tool beyond just economic reasons by aiding in the control of erosion on sloping lands.

Murdock will look at some of the factors that can hold back no-till wheat from being a profitable rotational tool for producers by focusing on practices that can improve stand establishment, reduce disease pressure and lead to higher no-till yields.
