Understanding The Impact Of Water On Glyphosate Effectiveness - Scott Brown (NNTC 2014 Presentation) - MP3 Download

$19.95

Product Details

In the age of increasing glyphosate resistance, applicators need to understand the impact water has on the effectiveness of herbicides. Scott Brown, a chemistry expert at Murray State University, says no- tillers can reduce the variability of glyphosate effectiveness if they understand the chemistry behind this heavily used herbicide.

Brown shows how numerous metal ions, such as calcium, manganese, palladium, iron and more tightly bind to pesticide molecules to limit their efficacy and how managing water prevents metal ions from interfering with performance.
