We will try drilling part of our wheatcrop for cattle grazing this month instead of breaking ground and broadcasting. We have some pastures with heavy grass. Any and all responses for advice on drilling wheat this far south, southern Arkansas, would be welcomed. We have about 1500 acres we plan on drilling with a GreatPlains Solid Stand 24 drill. We would like to start putting seed in the ground Sept. 15.
