Hello ... This will be my first try at no till. I'm in California, 13 inches of annual rainfall, planting grain for hay, small amount of residue, using John Deere 1590. I have been practicing minimum tillage up until now using John Deere 455. We plant in late fall. I plan on waiting for a rain, spray, then plant hopefully into moisture. Any thoughts? Thanks!
