Hello. I myself am not a farmer, however an acquaintance of mine, whom I visited over the past weekend, has been seeing a strange phenomenon in his wheat crop. At least, I thought it was and wanted to see if anyone has seen this. Many stalks, just below the head of the crop where the head joins the stem, a severe twisting of the joining stem occurs. We want to make sure this isn't a disease of some kind. Any information supplied would be greatly appreciated.
