I am looking information on no-till oats, does anyone know where I could find information? I live in North East Ohio and no one in my area no-tills their oats.

I get feed oats from the mill and order some certified and plant away! Very good cover crop! I have never raised notill oats for grain. That last time dad and I tried it it made 125 beautiful bushels per acre many years ago!
