General No-Till

I am curious if anyone knows if there is any way that I can convert this power till seeder to a ground driven unit. The problem is that the furrow discs for the pto driven unit are way to expensive and take too much time to build up with a hard surfacing rod. I am running it in sandy country in central Texas which is extremely abrasive. I have an old pasture dream no-till seeder that is 5' wide and works well, but cannot cover as much country as the 1500. I am no-tilling about 70+ acres of coastal-bermuda winter wheat/oats for cattle to graze. If there are any suggestions they would be greatly appreeciated.
